Apart from some closed relatives and friends who visited John Mahama, some celebrities yesterday stormed the residence of former President John Mahama to mark his 59th birthday.
In some photos posted on social media, some actors and actresses including NDC’s finest, John Dumelo, Roselyn Ngissah, James Gardiner and Beverly Afaglo were at the house to celebrate him.
John Mahama also posted on Facebook that “I received a happy birthday song from my dedicated security personnel and staff. The voices were not the best, but the sincerity is very much appreciatedâ€
John Mahama was Vice President of Ghana from 2009 to 2012 and became President after late President J.E.A. Mills passed on July 21, 2012.

He won the 2012 Presidential election but lost to President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo in 2016.
