The Commission of Inquiry into the Creation of new regions has said it would hold public hearings in the Western Region from 12th to 16 December.
A statement signed by Mr Jacob Saah, Secretary to the Commission and copied said members of the public can partake in the hearings at the following times, dates and venues.

1000 hrs-- 13th December: Methodist Church Auditorium, Enchi, Aowin-Suaman District
1000hrs-- 14th December: Methodist Church, Wassa Akropong, Wassa Amenfi District
1000hrs–- 15th December: Catholic Church, Adaborkrom, Bia East District
0930hrs-- 16th December: Catholic Pastoral Centre, Wiawso, Sefwi Wiawso Municipal District
1430hrs–- 16th December: Christ Apostolic Church, Biabiani, Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai District
