Nana Appiah Mensah, Chief Executive Officer of Menzgold Ghana Limited says he will be addressing the public on the state of the firm on Monday November 5, 2018.
Menzgold are currently not operating as they are in a legal tussle with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as well as the Bank of Ghana (BoG).
Nana Appiah, however, has assured customers of the company of continuous operation despite the setback.
He will be on Zylofon FM between the hours of 11 am and 12 noon.
The company has been unable to pay its clients their monthly extra values for some months now after SEC and the BoG served notice that the gold dealership firm had no licence to take deposits.
Meanwhile, some clients of the company have threatened to drag it to court within a stipulated time if their principal investments are not refunded.
