Defending champions, Adisadel College (ADISCO) have qualified for their second consecutive National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ) final after triumphing in the first semi-final on Monday.
In an all Cape Coast affair, ADISCOÂ defeated University Practice SHS (UPSS) and Ghana National College (NATIONAL) to book their place in the grand finale.
At the end of the contest, ADISCOÂ garnered 36 points while UPSS and NATIONAL got 35 and 27 respectively.
The defeat will come as a big blow to UPSS which put up a very spirited performance.
