Captain Asamoah Gyan will lead the Black Stars against Egypt on the final day of Group D action at AFCON 2017, as Coach Avram makes four changes to the side that beat Mali 1-0 on Saturday to secure Ghana's qualification to the quarter-finals.

Andy Yiadom of Barnsley gets his Ghana debut at right back following the injury to left back Baba Rahman, whose place in the squad has been taken over by substantive right back Harrison Afful.

Newly-signed Columbus Crewe defender, Jonathan Mensah, also makes a return to the starting XI after playing second fiddle in the last two matches to Leicester City's Daniel Amartey, who has been moved to midfield.

Winger Samuel Tetteh replaces Jordan Ayew in attack, while midfielders Mubarak Wakaso and Thomas Partey will start from the bench.
