The Ghana Football Association Executive Committee (GFA Exco) has petitioned the Federation of International Football Association (FIFA) following the crisis in relation to football in the country as a result of Anas Aremeyaw Anas expose.
The GFA Exco members met yesterday and took that critical decision.
The Ministry of Youth and Sports ( MOYSGH) yesterday Tuesday, July 4, 2018, released a statement following government delegation's meeting led by Sports Minister Isaac Asiamah with the world governing body, FIFA in Zurich, Switzerland on interim measures that will be put in place to solve the crisis in the game.Â
The government delegation and FIFA agreed on a two-member committee comprising of Dr Kofi Amoah and Oti Akenteng to preside over Ghana Football in the interim.
The two-member committee job will be to liaise between FIFA and CAF to ensure Ghana's participation in all international competitions as the government continues to take steps to restructure Ghana football.

Dr Kofi Amoah and Oti Akenteng will run the day to day activities in relation to football in the country.
Currently, all football activities are standstill following Anas Aremeyaw Anas investigative piece which uncovered the rot in the game.
