The man of the moment, newly appointed coach of the Black Stars, James Kwesi Appiah is expected to arrive in the country today(Saturday) ahead of his official unveiling ceremony scheduled for next week.
Appiah will touch down in Ghana after he was named as the new coach of the Black Stars by the Ghana Football Association(GFA) on Tuesday.
An unveiling ceremony for the 56-year-old is scheduled for next week but the coach would be welcomed by officials of the GFA and other football enthusiasts when he touch down on Saturday.
Appiah would arrive from Sudan where he has been coaching  Al Khartoum since he was sacked in 2014 after the World Cup in Brazil.
He is expected to begin his two-year contract with the national team on May 1 as he succeeds Avram Grant who's contract ended after the Africa Cup of Nations in February.
