President John Mahama has nominated Samuel Nartey George, the Member of Parliament for Ningo-Prampram, as the Minister of Communication, Digital Technology, and Innovations.
His nomination is part of the President’s third batch of ministerial appointments submitted to Parliament for approval.
Sam George, a prominent figure within the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has been serving as the MP for Ningo-Prampram since 2016.
Prior to his parliamentary role, he worked at the Communications Directorate at the Presidency during President Mahama’s previous tenure.
