Honda Ghana, as part of efforts to become one of the leading company in terms of passenger vehicles in the country, has introduced the "Drive Your Dreams Bonanza" which provides flexible terms for people to own a car and join the Honda family.
Speaking at the Quality Insurance Company (QIC) Auto Show at the Trade Fair Center in Accra, Brand Head, Honda Sales and After-Sales, Manish Daryanani said the promotion is one of the best in the market currently.
The "Drive Your Dreams Bonanza", he said, which gives free one year service including parts and label, free registration as well as special bonanza prizes for all vehicles.
"Aside that, for the first one year, we would give 10 percent off to cars that require repairs due to accident or damaged for any major body works," he stated.
The offer he said is the highlight of their Auto Show and asked customers to come around to experience the vehicles and also take advantage of the promotion.
The promotion he said would be running till the end of the month but based on stock availability.
"We are also doing a very attractive finance options for people who cannot pay the entire amount for a particle vehicle. One could pay minimum 50 percent with the rest to be spread within six monthssubject to credit documentation required by the company to avail the credit ,"he stated.
He added that, there is also an option of a 60 month credit facility through major banks in the country for their range of cars.
The range of vehicles include, Honda Civic, the Honda Accord which is popularly know as "end of discussion," the SUV range, the Honda Pilot (2016 model), an outstanding vehicle that could go anywhere in Ghana.
The new Honda Civic he said has a two litre engine instead of the 1.8 in the past generation,an option of engine start where one can could start the car with a remote as well as internet connectivity. The vehicle he said is doing well in terms of specs and value to the customer.
He stressed that the Honda brand is 'end of discussion' as it gives satisfaction to customers in four key areas, safety, design, reliability and performance as well as best after sales value in the market.
Prizes he said are very competitive and Honda remains the best brand when it comes to Japanese vehicles.
On his part, Jerry M. Abdallah, Senior Sales/Marketing Cordinator, at Honda,said, the Auto Show was used to create awareness for their range of brands and also the kind of promotions and discounts they have on their cars.
"This is a one-stop place where you can see all the cars, get the opportunity to have a test drive and get to know what the cars can offer in terms of its durability,"he stated.
He added that, Honda twice in a year engage in such activities to create awareness and give the public the opportunity to have a feel of the vehicles.
"Most of the people might not have the chance to visit the showroom to have a look at the vehicles but such platform makes it possible to see all the vehicles available and test-drive,"he stated.
The two-day QIC Auto show would end at the Trade Fair today (Sunday) and organizers have called on the public to troop to the venue to experience the range of vehicles available.
About 30 vehicles are on display incuding Honda, Hyundai, Audi, Benz and Nissan.There are several engine oils and lubricants also available.
