Ghanaian actor and musician, Kwadwo Nkansah ‘Lilwin’ has been arrested by the Manhyia Divisional Police Command's MTTD.
He was arrested today shortly after being discharged from the hospital.
His arrest is linked to a recent car accident he was involved in, which resulted in the death of a three-year-old boy.
The accident occurred on Saturday morning ( May 25) at Amakom, a suburb of Kumasi in the Ashanti Region ahead of the premiere of 'A Country Called Ghana' movie.
According to eyewitnesses, the actor's vehicle which was speeding at the Amakom intersection towards the WAEC area veered into the adjacent lane.
Lilwin and his two passengers sustained head injuries. The impact of the collision left the two cars damaged.
A third victim said her car lights were smashed by the speeding vehicle.
