Kumawood actress Xandy Kamel has revealed that gym instructors who take on personal training session with married women always use that as an opportunity to have sex with them.Â
It is believed that health fitness specialists happen to be more caring to their female clients and always request to be a personal trainer in order to get the advantage to massage them after training.Â
According to the outspoken actress on ETV Ghana’s ‘Bed With Adwen’, an adult entertainment program, most gym instructors especially personal trainers sleep with peoples wives when they go to the gym and that is why in recent times most married women like visiting fitness centres.

Xandy Kamel also disclosed that the number of women who visit the gym is mostly married women.Â
"When you to go the gym, most of the ladies there are married women, the married women even go to the gym more than we the single ladies, the instructors have sex with these married women all in the name of a personal trainer," Xandy Kamel said.
The host of the show asked Xandy to stop accusing the fitness instructors because she’s making empty claims but the actress insisted saying she is very sure of what she is saying.
