Video: Patapaa doesn't qualify as an artiste, he is just an entertainer - TeePhlow

Rapper Lukeman Ekow Baidoo known by the stage name as TeePhlow says hip-life act Patapaa does not qualify to be an artiste but he is just an entertainer.

Patapaa born Justice Amoah rose to fame with his viral song 'One Corner'.

Many have questioned his style of music and Cape Coast rapper TeePhlow also believes he is not an artiste but only entertains people.

He was asked by Abeiku Santana on Okay FM whether he really said some acts are not good in the Ghanaian music industry and he admitted to that and also said Patapaa is a clear example.

"There are so many artistes who only use promotions to hype their songs, Patapaa, for instance, is not an artiste, I like him for the energy he is putting into what he is doing, I think he is an entertainer, what he is doing is working for him, he doesn't write music," he said.

Patapaa who hails from Swedru is famous for his 'Scopatuma' term which has become a trend on social media.

He recently released his first album dubbed 'Pa2pa Scopatumanaa'.
