Deputy Ashanti regional police commander, ACP Kwaku Ampofo Duku says upon reports received by the Tafo Pankrono Police Division, security capos have tracked down suspected robbers adding they are processing their details for prosecution.
“Police of Tafo Pankrono, have received reports that some group of young men, aged 15-17 were holding cutlasses, broken bottles and other offensive stuffs, organized themselves while terrorizing people in the area. The police moved swiftly to the scene and by the help of the community, arrested 54 suspects including group leader one Ali and upon search a cutlass was found on him†ACP Duku declared on the Joy Mid-Day News.
He explained while undergoing interrogation, Ali gave out his other accomplices who were then arrested.
