President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo will meet the press on Wednesday, December 19, 2018, at the Jubilee House to account for his stewardship after almost two years in office to Ghanaians.
The meeting is to give journalists the opportunity to ask President Akufo-Addo key questions they believe he hasn’t adequately addressed at various forums and also know about his plans on improving the lives of Ghanaians while in government.
A statement signed by Mr. Pius Enam Hadzide, deputy Minister of Information issued on Tuesday morning, said the move was in "furtherance of His Excellency the President's desire to continuously engage with the Ghanaian people through the media, the President will on Wednesday, December 19, 2018, meet with a cross section of the media at 10:30 am at the Banquet Hall, Jubilee House, Accra."
This would be the second engagement in 2018.

"The President is expected to speak on some key national issues and interact with the media afterwards," the statement said
The statement said the Ghana Journalists Association, the umbrella body of journalists is working with the Ministry of Information and the Communications Directorate at the Jubilee House to coordinate media invitations.
