Video: River in New Juaben "turns into blood"

A river in New Juaben in the Eastern region called “ATAKPAAME” ( nsuKwoa) near King of King’s School, Zongo has "turned into blood."

Speaking to primenewsghana, a resident Micheal Kankam said the river as at Friday was clear. It however turned red at about 8 am on Saturdays.

He said most of them were shocked at the turn of events as they tried to find what exactly could have made the water change color. 

Micheal Kankam added the issue has been reported to the traditional authorities and a sample has been taken to the laboratory for find the cause of the change.
