The statement advises individuals to be cautious of any messages or emails asking for personal information or payment.
Suspicious messages should be reported to the FDA’s Head Office or any of its Regional Offices nationwide.
The Authority reiterated its commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of the public and encouraged anyone seeking clarification or additional information to contact the FDA directly through its official channels.
