The Ghana Police Service will from today begin a massive recruitment drive aimed at enlisting personnel into all sectors of the service.

A statement signed by the Director-General of Human Resources Development at the Ghana Police Service, COP Beatrice Vib-Sanziri, enumerated over 40 units including general duty, administration, and health which qualified personnel will be absorbed to fill.

Interested persons are expected to purchase a voucher of GHc50 from the GCB Bank, to enable them to apply online via https://police.gov.gh.services.

The statement added that some of the potential recruits including those interested in “general duty” and “tradesman” will sit for an examination after passing through the first stage of registration online.

Another set which comprises those applying as graduates and professionals would also take an aptitude test.

The deadline for purchasing vouchers has been set for December 15, 2017, whilst online application closes at 23:59 hours GMT on Sunday 24 December 2017.
