His Majesty King Mohammed VI, of the Kingdom of Morocco, will from Wednesday, January 18, 2017, start an official visit to Ghana.
The visit is aimed at deepening the existing, cordial relations between Ghana and Morocco.Â
According to a statement signed by the acting Director of Communications at the Presidency, Eugene Arhin, the visit will also present an opportunity to define new areas of co-operation that would serve the mutual interests of the two countries.
"On Friday, January 20, President Akufo-Addo will hold bilateral talks with King Mohammed VI, before hosting him to an official lunch at the Presidency", the statement added.
King Mohammed VI is expected to depart for Morocco thereafter.
