KNUST introduces trailblazing 3-in-1 student IDs

Students of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) will, from February 1, 2017, not be allowed to use their current student identification cards for purposes legal identification.

The school's authorities have introduced an all new multi-purpose card which will be used for transactions, identification and access control. 

According to the authorities, students are to submit current ID cards to their respective heads of departments in exchange for the new cards from now until February 1 when the old cards will cease to be legal.

Students are to follow these steps to activate card:

Finally your PIN will be sent to you VIA SMS
