The Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Youth Employment Agency (YEA), Mr. Malik Basintale, has officially introduced his two newly-appointed Acting Deputies to the staff at the Head Office.
Mr. Abubakar Abdul-Kudus Saana, Deputy CEO – Operations, and Madam Prisca Sedinam Kekeshie, Deputy CEO – Finance & Administration, were presented as part of a strategic move to strengthen leadership and enhance operational efficiency within the organization.
During the introduction, Mr. Basintale emphasized the critical roles the new deputies will play in driving the organization’s vision and fostering a culture of excellence. He noted that their expertise and leadership will be instrumental in achieving key objectives.
As part of the engagement, the CEO led his deputies on a familiarization tour of various departmental offices, providing them the opportunity to interact with staff and share their vision for the organization.
