Vice President Kwesi Amisaah Arthur has called on Ghanaians to not take the peace being enjoyed in the country for granted or engage in acts that threaten the peace.
He made the call in a speech read on his behalf at the 75th anniversary of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church of Ghana in the Biakoye Township.
Amisaah Arthur reminded all, Ghana could only experience accelerated growth in the absence of war and recurring violence.
The EP Church’s Rt. Rev Seth Akiti warned against elected and appointed officer using their office to amass wealth instead of serving the interest of the people.

He stated the lust to amass unlimited wealth by public office holders must be extinguished.
