The National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) has firmly denied claims about recent or ongoing recruitment activities within the organization.

In a statement issued on December 23, 2024, the NHIA clarified that all recruitment exercises were officially concluded in October 2024.

According to the NHIA, the recruitment process followed legal procedures, regulations, and best practices to ensure transparency, fairness, and merit-based selections.

The statement also emphasized that appointments and confirmations for director-level positions are handled exclusively by the Public Services Commission, not the NHIA. The Authority only communicates outcomes to applicants after receiving official reports from the Commission.

The NHIA urged the public to disregard any false information suggesting last-minute recruitment activities. They assured stakeholders of their continued commitment to integrity and professionalism in all operations.

For further clarification, the public is encouraged to contact the NHIA through its official communication channels.

The statement was signed by Dr. Da-Costa Aboagye, Chief Executive of the NHIA.
