There will be a partial eclipse of the sun across the country today [Sunday] between 3:30 and 5:30 pm.
But according to a press release issued by the International Foundation for Teahnological Advancement and Development individuals who may want to view it need certified solar eclipse sunglasses.
"Since 2006 we have been experiencing eclipse. This is the partial solar eclipse of the sun. We are advising that the general public must watch it but watch it safely.
"Know that you cannot use your naked eye or normal sunglasses or any otnmplements that is not certified to watch it.
"You are advised to get certified sunglasses or solar eclipse sunglasses to watch it," Akwesi Amofa is Executive Director of the International Foundation for Technological Advancement and Development stated in an interview.
