The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has attributed the power outages experienced in parts of Accra on March 13 to the heavy rainstorm.
ECG in a press release indicated that the heavy rainstorm caused outages within its network.
"ECG wishes to assure all affected customers that our engineers are working assidiously to repair the faults and restore power supply," the national power distributor assured.
"The inconvenience caused is deeply regretted."
