WATCH: Late Paapa Yankson's state burial in pictures

The state burial service for the late Paapa Yankson was held early today  October 12 at the forecourt of the State House in Accra.

Benjamin Akono Kofi Yankson, popularly known as Paapa Yankson died at the age of 72.

In attendance at the burial service was a government delegation led by President Akufo-Addo.

Also present were traditional rulers from his hometown Apam in the Central region, family members, friends, and sympathizers.
