Ingredients to prepare beef sauce
2 kgs Shredded beef
Ginger
Garlic
Kpakpo shito
2 medium sized carrots
Green Pepper
Onions
Soy sauce
Vegetable oil
Seasoning/ Salt
Instructions:
-Marinade shredded beef with ginger, garlic, kpakpo shito, white pepper, soy sauce , and salt/seasoning of choice for about 8 mins.
- Heat tablespoon of vegetable oil in pan and add marinaded beef.
-Stir to prevent from burning or sticking in pan. Add a little water, allow meat to cook until slightly brown.
- Cut green pepper, onions, carrots into big chunks to prevent it from shrinking and add to the simmering beef. Add a little wine to have a flambé.
-Stir, add seasoning and salt to taste.
