Ingredients:
Pineapple
Ginger
A cup of water
Procedure:
- Wash the pineapple
- Peel it off but not deep
- Chop into small pieces
- Pour into blender add just a half of the water
- Put a small slice of ginger. Too much of it will make it bitter
- Blend them together
- Sieve the mixture and use the remaining water to sieve through. Again too much water will make it tasteless
- Drop some ice cubes in it
