The 2016 presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has reiterated his resolve to deliver pledges he’s made to the electorate.
The NPP flagbearer indicated that the party has fashioned out well-thought through policies, which include: the programme of rapid industrialization of the Ghanaian economy; ‘1-District-1-Factory’ policy; ‘1-Village-1-Dam’ policy; the diversification of the country’s agriculture; the effective implementation of the Free SHS policy; and the setting up of an Infrastructure for Poverty Eradication Programme (IPEP), amongst others.
The NPP flagbearer made the call in the Volta Region where he is on a 5-day tour in a bid to earn 30% of the popular vote and for the NPP to capture at least 3 seats in parliament.
Nana Akufo-Addo is set to visit 15 constituencies including South Dayi, Kpando, Krachi East, Nkwanta North, Hohoe, Ho Central and North Tongu.
