Preparations are underway for the commencement of the Annual Delegates Conference of the ruling New Patriotic Party, NPP being held at the Eastern Regional capital, Koforidua.
 The Koforidua Technical University, which is the venue of the conference, is packed with heavy security personnel drowned from all the security services.
Media personnel had hectic time entering the main conference ground as most of them were denied accreditation.
