The Black Stars will commence preparations for the AFCON 2021 qualifiers with a training session today at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Head coach Kwesi Appiah hopes to get a considerable number of his foreign-based call-ups for the first training session will take place at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Black Stars will take on the Bafana Bafana of South Africa on Thursday, November 14 at the Cape Coast Stadium at 7:00 pm. The team will next travel to playÂ
Ghana failed to make use of the recent international break as they did not engage in friendly hence Kwesi Appiah will be hoping to get them up to speed with the required fitness ahead of the South Africa clash.
The team have no engaged in any activity since crashing out of AFCON 2019 in July.
A statement released by the Ghana Football Association read: ''The Black Stars will train at the Accra Sports Stadium from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.
''The first 15 minutes of this session will be open to the media for filming from pitch side. After the training session, the media will be allowed 10 minutes interview opportunity with the Coach, Captain and one other player.''
The team will then leave for Cape Coast, the match venue, on Tuesday, November 12 to continue with preparations.
