Ghana Premier League giants Kumasi Asante Kotoko have eulogized their CEO George Amoako for winning a slot on the Ghana Football Association Executive Council.
The Porcupines chief competed for one of the five available slots for Ghana Premier League clubs together with six other aspirants.
At the end of the ExCo elections held on Thursday, October 24 at the GFA secretariat, George Amoako was among the 5 personalities who got voted onto the governing council to represent the Premier League Clubs for the next for years.

He will be serving on the GFA ExCo as representatives for Premier League Clubs with Frederick Acheampong of AshantiGold, Nana Sarfo Oduro of Berekum Chelsea, Bechem United's Kingsley Osei Bonsu and Dr Anthony Aubynn of Medeama.

Meanwhile, George Amoako will be switching his attention for his outfit's clash with San Pedro of Cote d'Ivoire. The Reds will be engaging the Ivorians in the first leg of the CAF Confederation Cup at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Sunday, October 25 at 3: 00 pm.Â
Kotoko are heading into the game with a depleted defence following an injury to Wahab Adams and the suspension of Habib Mohammed.
Habib was given the marching orders after he went to the officials to expressed his displeasure on the referees' performance.
Winner of this playoff after two legs will automatically progress to the group stage of the 2019/20 CAF Confederation Cup.
