Aduana Stars have one foot in the group stage of the CAF Confederations Cup after they thrashed Fosa Juniors of Madagascar 6-1 in the first leg of the last qualification games before the group stages.
The game which was played at Dormaa on Sunday, April 8, 2018, saw Fosa open the scoring as early as the 4th minute through Josee Randrianantenaina.
This was going to be a tough task for Aduana after the early setback but the tables turn as it rained goals at Dormaa.
Elvis Opoku quickly drew Aduana level in the 9th minute before Sam Adams converted a penalty to make it 2-1 to Aduana in the 34th minute.
Sam Adams made no mistake from the spot again as he scored Aduana's 3rd before halftime.
After the break, Zakaria Mumuni joined the list of scorers as he converted Aduana's third penalty of the game to make it 4-1 before Elvis Opoku also scored his second of the day to put the game beyond Fosa.

The second leg will be played in Madagascar in a fortnight.
