Former Black Stars and Black Satellite Coach Sellas Tetteh has signed a deal to become the coach of first division side Tamale City FC.
Sellas Tetteh who was named as the coach of the Black Queens earlier this month was in Tamale on Monday where he signed a one-year deal.
Tetteh 61, is expected to guide the ambitious club to the Ghana Premier League next season.
Tamale City FC, formerly Guan United, has been acquired by former Bank of Ghana Governor Dr Abdul-Nashiru Issahaku and businessman Ibrahim Mahama.
The two majority shareholders have taken over the club from Lepowura MND Jawula who holds minority 10% shares.
They open their Division One campaign against Nea Salamina FC in an away clash.

Tetteh has a rich coaching experience having handled both junior and senior Ghana national teams as well as Rwanda national team.
However, his biggest feat came as Black Satellites coach, guiding the team in 2009 to lift the FIFA U-20 World Cup.
