Ghanaian forward Richmond Boakye-Yiadom scored on his debut for Chinese side Jiangsu Suning as they defeated Tianjin TEDA 2-1 in the Chinese Super League on Sunday, April 1, 2018.
Boakye-Yiadom 25, joined Jiangsu Suning from Serbian club Crevna Zvezda in the 2018 January transfer window but had to wait for several weeks before making his bow due to injury.
Yiadom replaced Lingfeng Zhang in the 57th minute, fetching his side’s opener from the spot in the 75th minute.
Brazilian international Alex Teixeira later made it 2-0 when he finished off an assist from Tian Yinong.

TEDA pulled one back but Jiangsu Suning held on to pick up all three points.
Jiangsu Suning are now eight on the Super League table with six points.
