Italian legend Andrea Pirlo has revealed that he is interested in pursuing a coaching career.
The former AC Milan and Juventus great called time on his career last year. He has in his bag, a World Cup win, two UEFA Champions League titles and six Serie A titles. On Monday 29 October 2018, he told sky sports Italia that he is considering delving back into professional football but this time as a man on the touchline.Â
"I took the course over the summer, so would only be missing the masters' to get my certificate," he said.Â
"It is an idea that intrigues me. I don't know yet if it's something I will do but I'll decide in my own good time. If I were to become a coach, it would be so I could do it the best way I can."

Many of Pirlo's former Milan teammates have gone on to become coaches including Gennaro Gattuso who now manages AC Millan, Filippo Inzaghi, Clarence Seedorf and Christian Brocchi.
