Vice President of the Ghana Football Association George Afriyie has cautioned Kotoko to psyche themselves up for some form of intimidations in their 2nd leg game of the Confederation Cup against CARA in Congo.

The Porcupine Warriors hold a slim 1-0 advantage going into the second leg and the FA Vice has advised the club to prepare their minds ahead of some possible intimidations in Congo.

"Anyone who says CARA will not intimidate Kotoko is telling lies, the Congolese national team came to play in Kumasi and we treated them well,"

"When we went for the return leg, we stood at the airport for close to three hours and they delayed as without any proper reason,"

"With even the behaviour they [CARA] put up in Kumasi should give Kotoko an idea, so they should prepare for the worst," he told Asempa FM.

Afriyie expressed satisfaction about the fact that Kotoko have already made contact with the Ghanaian ambassador in Congo.

He also added that the team should travel one day clear so they are able to cope and withstand any form of intimidation from CARA.

Kotoko will play CARA next week Sunday in the return leg of the preliminary round of the CAF Confederations Cup.
