After a cagey opening 45 minutes, King Faisal broke the deadlock of the game in the 51st minute after Zubairu Ibrahim's strike.

Zubairu Ibrahim scored his second on the day 10 minutes later which put the game beyond the reach of Ebusua Dwarfs.

However, his goals on the day weren't enough to earn him the Man-of-the-Match Awards as it was picked by Kwame Peprah following his excellent performance.

The award has seen the striker make history in this season's league by becoming the first player to win the accolade 3 consecutive times.

Overall, Peprah has won the accolade 7 times.
