Ghana Premier League outfit, Medeama Sporting Club have reportedly set a huge price tag of GHC300,000 for midfielder Justice Blay.
Asante Kotoko are keen on finalising a permanent contract with the combative midfield who joined the club on a season-long loan from Medeama SC a few months ago and has been impressive for the Reds.
The 27-year has been a mainstay in coach Kjetil Zachariassen's team as they have progressed to the second round of the CAF Champions league.
Blay has won over the Kumasi-based club faithfuls with his combative midfield action, making them forget about the absence of injured Richard Senanu
He has ranked six appearances for the Porcupines scoring a solitary goal for the club so far.
His performances have seen drafted to the Black Stars 'B' set up as they prepare for the doubleheader against Burkina Faso for the 2020 CHAN qualifier.
Blay currently has a three-year contract with the two-time MTN FA Cup champions, Medeama SC.
He was in the thick of things as the Reds recorded a 2-0 victory over Tunisian side Etoile du Sahel at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
His midfield prowess will surely be needed as Kotoko will try to avoid a defeat when they travel to Tunisia for the return game on the weekend of September 27-29 in Sousse.
