The Ghana National Women's League is set to commence on April 7, 2018.
This will be the 6th edition of the National Women's League with Hassacas Ladies having won it on three occassions.
16 clubs in all will be competing in the Northern and the Southern sector.
Due to the tight schedule for women’s football this year which will see Ghana host the 2018 African Women's Championship and coupled with the delayed commencement of the season, the Women’s League will be completed within six weeks.
There will also be no break for the teams after the first round.

Ampem Darkoa Ladies are current champions of the Women's League after beating Lady Strikers in last year's champion of champions.
