Head Coach of the Black Stars Kwesi Appiah says the team should continue winning their games and hope other results will favour them.
Ghana bounced back from a disappointing draw with Congo last Friday to beat the Red Devils 5-1 in a return fixture yesterday in Brazzaville.

The team were without key players like Asamoah Gyan and the Ayew brothers but still managed to give a five-star performance.
"I always maintain that the most important thing to do is to win our remaining matches, but as to say emphatically that we can book a place in the finals, let's leave it to God to decide".
"The bottom line is to keep focus and win our games," says Appiah.
Despite the victory that put Ghana on 5 points, the chances of qualifying still look slim as Egypt recorded a narrow 1-0 win over Uganda.
