On Saturday November 5, over 100 Keep Fit Clubs in Ghana would converge at the El-Wak Sports Stadium for the 2016 edition of the Happy FM Health and Fitness Festival.
The Happy FM Health and Fitness Festival (HHFF), which will take place at the El-wak Sports Stadium on November 5, 2016 is on the theme: ‘‘Good Life through Keeping Fit’. The event provides the best platform for the clubs, sports enthusiasts and other celebrities to network, compete in different disciplines and also practice healthy living.
This year’s Health and Fitness Festival, which is the rebranded version of the annual Keep Fit Festival, will be one of the best with over six competitive games, including special fixtures from corporate keep fit clubs. The games include football, athletics, bend ball, tug-of-war, jama competition, lime and spoon, and special aerobics sessions.
Building anticipation and excitement ahead of the sports festival, some of the keep fit clubs will be sharing their memories and preparations so far in live studio appearances on Happy 98.9 FM, e.TV Ghana and on YFM. There will also be daily health tit-bits on Happy FM and e.TV with a special give-away segment which will reward listeners who answer some health-related questions correctly.
The public should expect a grand football match as the curtain raiser to open the festival on Saturday between an All-Stars team made up of celebrities like Okyeame Kwame, Nana Quame, Article Wan, Apaatse, Donzy versus the presenters of Happy FM including PJ Mossey, Chaskele, Nyansa Boakwa, DJ Advicer, Nyansa Boakwa.
