2010 World Cup champions Spain drew 3-3 with Portugal in a thrilling Group B game of the Russia 2018 World Cup.
The game which was highly intense saw both sides exhibit their quality.
It was virtually a game between Cristiano Ronaldo and Spain.
Portugal went ahead as early as the 4th minute as Ronaldo converted a penalty after he ws brought down by Nacho.
Spain pressed hard for the equalizer and scored on the 24th-minute mark through Atletico Madrid striker Diego Costa.
Portugal got their second when a feeble shot from Ronaldo skid pass De Gea to make it 2-1 to Portugal on the stroke of halftime.
The shot looked harmless but an error from De Gea made sure Portugal went into the break with a 2-1 lead.
Spain started the second half the better of the two sides and Costa also scored his second on the 55th-minute mark.
Nacho then gave Spain the lead three minutes later with a powerful shot from outside the box.
The game looked to be heading in favour of Spain until a foul from Pique gave Portugal a free kick.

Ronaldo stepped up and cooly hit a ferocious shot into the net to make it 3-3.
