Iran have pulled off a fantastic result as they beat Morocco 1-0 to win their second ever World Cup game in the ongoing Russia 2018 World Cup.
The Moroccans prior to the game were the favourite but Iran proved difficult as they snatched all three points.
Morocco had several good chances in the first half but Ziyech and Belhanda missed them.
Iran had few half chances as well but could not bury them.
The second half started with Morocco seeing much of the ball but Moroccan goalkeeper Beiranvand was the difference between the two sides.
Iran had a chance to score when Azmoun found himself one-on-one with the Moroccan goalkeeper Munir but missed the opportunity.
The golden moment for Iran came during added time as Moroccan forward Bouhaddouz put the ball at the back of his own net as the game ended 1-0.
