Xherdan Shaqiri scored a late goal as Switzerland beat Serbia 2-1 to open up Group E of the Russia 2018 World Cup.
The Serbians had won their first game by a goal to nil against Costa Rica and were confident going into the game.
Switzerland, on the other hand, drew 1-1 against Brazil and were desperate to get a win.
But it was the Serbians that got off to a flier, Dusan Tadic displayed his great technique and produced a beautiful lofted cross deep into the box.
Aleksandar Mitrovic rose highest to head the ball in to make it 1-0 to Serbia in the 5th minute of the game.
They held on the slim lead till half time.
Switzerland came out more purposeful in the second half, in the 52nd minute, a rebound fell kindly to Granit Xhaka, the Arsenal man fired it in to make it 1-1.
Just when the game looked to be heading for a draw, Shaqiri received a killer pass in the 90th minute, he was one-on-one with the goalkeeper and coolly slotted home to give the Swiss a much-needed victory.

Switzerland will take on Costa Rica in their last game with Brazil playing Serbia.
