Hearts of Oak have moved to the summit of the Ghana Premier League once again after beating Legon Cities.
The Phobians on Thursday night reclaimed their top spot following a 2-1 over the Royals. The Phobians who have not lost a game since May 2 after losing 2-0 to Dreams FC at Dawu, beat Legon Cities at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The Royals prior to the match have been making all the noise about how they would end Hearts of Oak recent run, however, they couldn't walk the talk despite playing home at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Coach Boadu's side took the lead through Kwadwo Obeng Jnr in the 29th minute after Daniel Afriyie ghosted past his markers and squaring the ball for the striker to tap in.

Midfielder Frederick Ansah Botchway doubled the visitors advantage 10 minutes after the first goal following his strike behind the box.

Both teams failed to find the back of the net in the second half as the referee brought proceedings to an end.
By virtue of Thursday's win, Hearts of Oak have leapfrogged their rivals Kotoko to top the league with 56 points while Legon Cities sit on 10th with 38 points.
