A throwback video has been shared by E&J Promotions of Ike Quartey affectionately called ''Bazooka" mesmerising  South Korea's Jung-Oh in a bout held at Convention Centre in Atlantic City.

The Bukom native boxer is one of the finest boxers the country has ever produced and he is among the top 10 boxers in the country to have won a title at the international stage. 

Ike Quartey's best weapon in his prime was his jabs, which was considered to be one of the best in boxing region.

24years ago (4th March 1995) Ike Quartey took to the ring and destroyed South Korea's Jung-Oh Park via TKO. 

In the video sighted by PrimeNewsGhana, one can see how Bazooka used his jabs effectively to end the bout in which he retained his WBA Welterweight title.

Bazooka held unto the title for 5years before losing it to Mexican Oscar De La Hoya in that epic fight on 13 February 1999 in Las Vegas, Nevada. 

Bazooka retired having fought 42, Wins 37,  KO 31, Losses 4, Draw 1
