Former Asante Kotoko defender, Ahmed Adams could make a possible return to the club after leaving the team prior to the start of 2018 season.
Adams joined the Porcupine Warriors three seasons ago from Saudi Arabian side Shoalah SC and quickly established himself as one of their key figures.
However, the 25-year-old departed the club in the aftermath of last season's campaign after rejecting a new contract offer from the club but the defender is on the verge of signing two years deal with the Kumasi-based club to augment its CAF Confederation Cup squad next year.
Adams won two Ghana Premier League titles and two FA Cup titles with Asante Kotoko during his first stint.
