According to Mr. Amankwah, the event forms part of efforts to keep women healthy and encourage physical activities.

"Women need to take time out of their busy schedules to exercise and keep fit and as we celebrate Mothers Day, it would be essential to help them out with some aerobics"

The Center he said, would ensure that, the women are engaged in subsequent activities including health walks and hiking to keep them healthy.

"On July, we would organize Hiking at Shai Hills and calling on all to participate as it would be engaging as worth a while as far as fitness is concerned"
