A source close to Paul Okoye popularly known as Rudeboy, one half of defunct music duo P Square and his entrepreneur wife, Anita Okoye, has said both parties will proceed amicably with a legal dissolution of their marriage.
 The source also said the couple hopes to draw a sustainable co-parenting arrangement in the interest of their children.
The seven-year-old marriage seems crashed after the wife filed a petition for a divorce.
Details surrounding the collapse of the marriage came from the leakage of the official petition for the divorce which cited irreconcilable differences as the basis.
The couple got married in 2014 after dating for 10 years and they have three beautiful children; Andre, 11 and twins, a boy and a girl, Nathan and Nadia.
The news of their pending divorce comes as a massive shock to both families and their close friends.
Vanguard gathered that Paul Okoye is currently on a press tour while Anita has moved to the United States where she is working on her master's degree as a graduate student.
The divorce filings bring an impending end to one of Nigeria’s most admired celebrity unions.
The source also said that Paul and Anita have always been very good friends and like every couple, they have had issues for a while but plan to remain on good terms and keep the friendship they have always had since their days as university students.
