The Ghana Education Service has again extended the deadline for Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) candidates to secure their places at Senior High Schools across the country.
The deadline is now midnight on Thursday, September 7, 2017.
This follows several attempts by parents and their wards to access their Senior High School (SHS) admissions notices in order to meet the earlier stated deadline today, Tuesday 5th September 2017.Â

Those who sought to access the websites advertised by the GES were met with error notices or managed to get in after several attempts.
Addressing the press on Monday, a Deputy Minister of Education in charge of pre-Tertiary Education, Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum, said the government is working to resolve the technical challenges faced by both parents and wards.
